Our greatest feeling about Montessori School of Shanghai is the school brings us the sense of acceptance and inclusion. Every child here is accepted to be a unique individual, to develop one’s own characteristics and to enjoy all the freedom under the Montessori teaching environment. Teachers also pay great effort on the observation of the children and give us（parents）a series of guidance to assist children’s self-driven development. The Montessori self-driven development is essentially different from the traditional “parent command & child obey” education theory. It gives children sufficient time and space to grow independently, make self-expression, correct their own mistakes and do better. It is the power of introspectiveness.
